100% linen therapy packs filled with organic whole flax.

Warm the large flax seed and rice bag in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and you'll experience 30+ minutes of warm moist heat. A few hours in the freezer will turn it into a cold pack.

Use a very damp cloth to spot-clean the outside, even using a fabric spray cleaner when necessary. Do not submerge in water. A pack is automatically sanitized each time it is microwaved.
